Amazon founder and part-time astronaut Jeff Bezos has put one of his properties in Bellevue, Washington up for sale.

The house, located at 9218 NE 38th Street in Yarrow Point, is one of three residences used by Bezos’ personal staff, including security guards and chefs, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Recently, Business Insider revealed the existence of these properties, which are smaller compared to Bezos’ other real estate holdings in the area. The Yarrow Point house is listed with Compass for $4.4 million. Bezos had originally purchased it through an LLC for $2.75 million in 2019, as per King County records. This purchase was part of a $45 million spending spree Bezos embarked on after his high-profile divorce from Mackenzie Bezos in 2019, as reported by Business Insider.

With this new addition, Bezos now owns a total of eight properties in the Seattle area, valued at approximately $190 million.

However, since announcing his move to Miami last month, Bezos has not put any other properties in the Puget Sound area up for sale.

Bezos, who spent nearly three decades in the Seattle area, recently acquired two neighboring mansions in Miami’s luxurious Indian Creek neighborhood. In October, he purchased a waterfront estate in Indian Creek Village for $79 million, adjacent to a property he bought last summer for $68 million.

Sources informed The Real Deal that Bezos bought the nearly 2-acre estate at 12 Indian Creek Island Road. Bloomberg was the first to report this news.

In addition to Seattle and Miami, Bezos owns properties in various cities including New York, Washington, D.C., and Beverly Hills, California.
